The East Valley Water District is an irrigation district established in 2002 for the benefit of member lands and agricultural operation in Marion and Clackamas counties in Oregon. Prior to organization as a special district local government, the landowners within the district boundary were organized as the Pudding River Basin Water Resources Development Association in 1993.

The purpose of both groups was to identify and fund the development of an alternative water supply to conserve currently stressed groundwater resources and ultimately provide a stable and environmentally sound source of water for the District’s water users.
